Order Processing/Credit Cards

To process your order, we require name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, shipping address and credit card information. We use this information solely to process your order and to contact you about your order should any questions arise.

Returns

Your complete satisfaction with all of our merchandise is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Please print the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip, enclose the slip in the carton, wrap package securely and return to the address on the packing slip. Merchandise must be in good condition, as it was shipped to you originally, in order for us to refund your money.

If you need to return your item due to error, defects, or damage, please notify us within three (3) days of receipt. We will contact you to arrange a pick-up at no charge to you.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If for some reason we are unable to process your order due to availability, we will contact you regarding either a substitution or a refund. We do not substitute products unless you authorize us to do so.
